Clients can bring their own alcohol, but it must be served by the venue's exclusive bartending service, 'A Spirit to Serve'. TABC certified bartenders and security are required. Maximum service time is 6 hours.

Outside caterers are allowed if they are professional, licensed, and insured, and they must agree to the venue's guidelines. A preferred caterer list is also available. No self-serve buffets.
